      I downloaded and ran the program and got the following:
Originate time from NTP : 2014-02-10 19:18:26.522
 Receive time from NTP   : 2014-02-10 19:18:22.179
 Transmit time from NTP  : 2014-02-10 19:18:22.179
 Round trip     : 0.026013 seconds
 Clock offset   : -4.355617 seconds
SetSytemTime refused to co-operate !

   I probably did something wrong!
