You could compare your reception with Peter Schnoor's "Kiel Longwave Monitor", he has an interactive archive of that part of the spectrum. http://lf-radio.de/cgi-bin/ki/show-ki.cgi That won't identify the station of course, but if during those transmissions one of the 'well known suspects' was off air, you know which one was testing the tuning range.
