Hello Joe,

Yes of course there is a internet time sync option in the windows clock utility, but exactly this didn't work reliably on my 'ham radio' PC (with win 7), and gave no indication about successful / unsucessful synchronisation.

One more than one occasion, this only became obvious when monitoring the 'DT' value displayed by WSPR.. and all received stations had a very large time offset so the problem was on 'this side' .

73,
  Wolf .

Hi Wolf,

nice and easy, but win7 and win8 has an build in NTP client.

Try this from command line (win 8.x Power Shell):

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist: ptbtime2.ptb.de /syncfromflags:manual /update
