That's amazing. Even if the 10 ns were not the accurary but "just" the 
resolution.

Please let us know how the unit performs, and (especially interesting 
for me) if the sync pulse + NMEA output don't overlap - that's important 
when both are fed into the soundcard over the same 'wire'.
