We Germans are currently lobbying the = Eu=20 parliament, which will ultimately but forth = legislation enforcing=20 round wheels everywhere (including UK ;-)

You're right Graham, we're reinventing = the wheel...=20 Amplitude modulation with carrier = phase jumps is=20 much like a cart with square-shaped wheels. We found that we could = go=20 further by rounding off the corners ;-)
