Did anyone switch on at ~ 1045 UT in the neighborhood of 8969.76 kHz? I
don't see anything on the VLF grabbers so I'm guessing it's QRM or someone
not too far from my Arizona location. Probably QRM but this frequency and
its neighborhood had been quiet since I started monitoring 5 days ago.
