This IS a strange signal without any deviations from MSK visible.
NWC did not show any unusual transmissions at that time - according
to WWLLN snapshots from Perth, Brisbane, Dunedin etc. Okay, these
are snapshots only. May be they are transmitting carrier only? Don't
think so.
