Bob,

I am not sure what led you to mention frequencies above you as I 
mentioned only those below. It seems the traces seen on 74.5465 may 
not have been man made.

The antenna is my 136kHz transmit inverted-L (14m vertical wire and 
five 14m horizontal wires in a strip about 2m wide) re-resonated on 
74.5kHz. The receiver is an Afredri SDR with an LPF to reduce medium 
wave signals. I have spent some time optimising the settings of the 
receiver and also of SpecLab.

I have sometimes had much better reception of VO1NA than mainland 
European stations, so it is possible that distance is an issue. My 
location (IO91VT) is about 35km north of London in SE England.
