I think the signal lines are just the = levels of the=20 spectral peak in the narrow FFT, there's no need for scaling = these=20 with bandwidth. The noise BW of the FFT is small, which is why = the=20 signal plot dives below the 1 Hz noise line when the signal=20 disappears.
