well this is the usual problem .....no = reports=20 doesnt necessarily mean no propagation!! you need "I listened and I = didn't hear=20 it" as well.  In unusual condition unusual events take place....the = Dst=20 dropped to -70nT after midnight but I am not sure haw that affects 80m = .....I'm=20 not old enough to work 80m yet :-))
