yes, both Opera and WSPR (and likely = also JT9) can=20 decode partial transmissions from about 50% upwards. Last night I actually started another Op-32 = sequence at=20 22:00, but had to abort the transmission after 20 minutes when it = started to=20 rain. Anyhow pskreporter later showed a number of successful=20 decodes with 22:33 timestamps.
 
Given a strong enough signal, opds = deep=20 search often finds a correct correlation after less than 20% = of the=20 sequence is through, creating a "look-ahead" spot in the = output.
