The noiseblanker against DCF39 splatter seems t= o have improved decoding by the original Opera software. Three spots from G= 3XDV and VO1NA were received by both methods with comparable SNR = figures, with opds correlation adding in another weak spot a= t 0:27.

Betreff: Re: LF: VO1NA Opera-32

Thanks Joe. From your QTH, Magdeb= urg should be around 60 deg azimuth (roughly northeast), so DCF39= would indeed have been significantly attenuated by the loop.

Although generally not recommended,&nb= sp;I will now try to insert the same bandpass and noiseblanker&nb= sp;before Opera to cut out the DCF telegrams, and run it in paral= lel to opds again.
