Well , those power level's  are  very  alien = to  136=20 !  ,no local decode  either ,  but  = interesting =20 to  see  Mike  decoded  at -38  with the =20 increase  to  50  watts  ... so its possible = the =20 path  loss was  higher  that night  ?
