The  USA  has a  9 KHz   top  limit=20 ,   others seem  to  have  or imply  9K as = max ,=20 so  'we  have   dropped mid  band   = qrg =20 to  8900 Hz  , that  way  , there  should be = no =20 problems , wd4rbx  has run a  few  ground  = tests  ,=20 with  good  results , may  be he's  going to  = try =20 'air'  this time ! in which case the  FCC  will  = have=20 a  say  in what  qrg  he  uses !
