So there are now 7 stations active. 12.695 kHz is not mentioned in Trond's description, but 12.700 kHz is. So, I assume that this is probably the same station and it operates in conjunction with the secondary frequency set. All other frequencies are accurate to the Hz, so 12.695 is that as well.
