Well, yes. There are builders and there are users I think. If you enjoy building, you spend most of your time doing that.If you enjoy operating, you do only the minimum necessary building. The valve gear mostly satisfies the artistic creation desires, at least in my case. I have done about half a dozen QSOs with my 7 MHz 807 set and the funny thing is I still build CW transmitters when I am not really all that competent in Morse code... :-) Explain that if you can! 73, Dimitris VK1SV
