S.. It was   WSPR  that  gave = the =20 world  the concept of  'dial =20 frequency'   for  data  mode  = operation  ,=20 the  exact  qrg is  not  relevant , only  = that =20 it  falls inside the  decoder  = window    ,=20 set the  rx  to  136.2  and   retire=20 immediately  .......dont  forget  these are  beacon=20 stations  , so  are not bound  by the  normal =20 band  allocations  .. and are  not  licensed  = for qso=20 's    ( which  would  be a =20 interesting   situation using  the  new  JT = mode =20 beacon/beacon )
