I understand that for new applications the date has now been changed to Jan 1=
st, but where do holders of NoVs stating Dec 20th stand? :-)

It seems a bit pedantic of OFCOM not to allow immediate access when many oth=
er EU countries have had access for some while.=20

"Jobs worth" and needless bureaucracy come to mind. Why is even an NoV neede=
d at all is my question?=20
