OK, I thought  possible you  where  under the  carrier   (less  than  +/- 
2.5 Hz )  , but  now  decoding  ok , must  of  been  a  dip  in signal as 
day> night  transfer , now  showing -23 , so  that's   about  8 dB  over the 
noise floor ,  my be  ok with  10 watts ?

Good  luck, quite a  few stations  monitoring   477  at the  moment
