Whatever it was, getting decodes from Stefan now:
1814 UTC, 1430.27 Hz audio + 136 kHz "dial", DK7FC TEST 5W

The very same frequency was reported earlier (1810 for example), but 
without decoded text.

Rx noise here still almost 60.0 [dB over whatever].
