I am using a Soft Rock SDR transceiver.
I modified a Soft Rock SDR 160m to 500kHz.
  Additionally I am using a CB PA changed to 500kHz with 80 W output. 
Ok, this is not very linear.
That's means any modulation mode is possible. Why are you asking?
