Hello Edgar, MW friends!

As you have known, my special permission for 501-504kHz was not prolonged. But thanks to the executive staff from The Czech Telecommunication Office (=C8T=DA) I was granted a new special licence for experimental amateur transmission. I can use 472 - 479kHz and 501 - 504kHz bands now. The licence is valid up to 13.8.2013. I am glad!

I tried to sent my call on the new band last night. It was a short time test of my antenna only, but I was pleasantly surprised, my signal was received by Edgar, DL2HRE. It was the good luck, so we did my first CW QSO on 630m and the first QSO DL/OK. Than I worked with Wolf, DF0WD and Uwe, DJ8WX. THANKS!

My RIG: =A0Kenwoon TS480 + transvertor + PA20W(..it is enought for 1W ERP :-)=A0

My antennas: GP 45m + Marconi GP 24m

The conditions were good, no QRN, QSB only. Quite good signals of NDB beacons "QL" (KN97KF =3D> 1639km) and "PT" (LO01CR =3D> 1681km) were received as well.

I am not sure I will be active tonight. But if the conditions are good, than I will be active next nights. All reports and QSOs are welcome! :-)

GL and 73 on 630m!

Lubos, OK2BVG, JN88KS
