Main thing is , that  all  stations  have = the =20 same  mode  set , but if  you  are  = using  =20 the  windows  software , the  internet  = beacon =20 will  show  the  mode  , OP8 or  OP32 ... = this =20 is  where  the  PIC  based   = systems  have=20 a  problem. but  if  the  tx  is  remote = , its=20 possible to  simply   run Op  on a   web = linked  PC to beacon via the  web ..
 
Monitors  can  run  X2  =  Opera   , one=20 set to  OP8  , the other  OP32  , with some  = CPU=20 overhead , but not a problem on  a  'new'  pc better , = just=20 the  one  session.
