Hello LF,

I have two questions about = toroids that probably someone in the list could help me with:
&nb= sp;
1) I recovered two unknown toroids from a TV set which includ= ed a DVD player. Apparently they were used as common mode chokes in the mid= dle of multi-wire flat cables connected between the TV main board and = the DVD player. Could they be of some use in LF-MF circuits?

2) More OT: I have some un= used FT114-43 toroids. I wonder if they could be used as a substitute of T8= 0-2 toroids in small (QRP) HF antenna tuners that I'm planning to build for= 14 MHz.

Many thanks for reading.
