The other option is the conventional audio/Rf translation by way of SSB Tx , using usb , the audio / carrier frequency using this facility is placed by a scanning routine in the lowest s/n part of the audio band in use , to prevent collisions etc. com-port keying , is as per normal vfo/dds operation , ensuring the carrier is placed to coincide with the appropriate rx audio pass band , when the Rx is set usb at the normal operating qrg .
