Noise floor - no antenna -----with 10dB = attenuation=20 inserted-------------120dB
 
Antenna 1/4 wave inv L connected  95dB = therefore a=20 gain of 25 dB
 
Time 0900 utc  ----daytime   Band = quiet no=20 static -- typical radio environment at this QTH
