Mid Summer Madness on 500K

As the  Summer Solstice nears , far  from  500k=20 closing,  Opera  beacon  and  QSO    = activity=20 continues  at  a fair  rate !
although a  little  clunky , the QSO  mode  is=20 providing   data  com's  UK/PA  as  = well =20 as  inside the  UK  with 50 watt
power levels in daylight

The beacon  covering  reasonable  distance at power=20 levels  under  10 watts , reducing  to  1w  = or  2w=20 in the  night

Monitoring  via the web-sdr  system is  possible , = but=20 timing  jitter  will  reduce the  system's =20 ability  to  decode  at the  lower  s/n  = levels ,=20 as  (by accident I found out)  also will  using the  = VOX  to  key  the  station  on the  = longer =20 time  modes  , ie  OP4  etc , the  = shortening  due=20 to the  switching  times , prevented decodes at the  = lower =20 limits,   switching  to  PTT ,  = produced =20 a  instant  decode  from  PA3ABK .
