Ok Graham and thanks for the information.  The PC loading looks fine=20 then. 

As soon as I get my new PC I'll give OPERA a go = on both=20 500kHz and 137kHz. During the summer I intend to improve my LF/MF = antennas and I=20 look forward to some exciting tests later in the = year.

When I get a new PC (next few months) = with a bit=20 more processing power I may give this a try using earth mode at VLF in = the=20 Cambridgeshire area.

My initial Opera tests a few months ago = led to=20 all sorts of problems on my 6 year old WinXP PC. Since then I've not = reloaded=20 the software.
