Yes running a local test here I have the DFCW60 46mHz FFT  Grabber window on 9kHz the approx 12dB / Noise signal produced a de-code of -42dB. Now dropping the power again
My little Netbbook produces a nice steady carrier.

I also have a DFCW600 Speclab running on 9kHz may get at DFCW6000 going if required. All instances are available for DX reception during my local tests.
