Like John G3WGV I was wondering who the 'Pete' was who was posting fairly useful contributions to the debate. You seemed to take offence when G3WGV asked what your callsign was, but not quite sure why (John is not on the RSGB board, just another user like the rest of us). Yes, the YaBB forum software is far from best, and you were confused about which boxes to complete when you joined, but so was I. What is encouraging is that after only a couple of days that forum has answered most of the questions that need to be fed back to Ofcom on the proposals, and by and large the discussion has been positive. Unlike the EGM discussion last year on the same forum that did get a lot of criticism (and personally I am a little disappointed they didn't move to different software or maybe a Yahoogroup). As said on the Litmus Test, your comments were useful, so sorry you have decided to withdraw. Those discussions are another example of what the RSGB is doing on our behalf. 73 Dave G3YMC On 2 Mar 2012 at 12:21, M0FMT wrote: > I can site an issue on 5megs would you believe, a band I thought that > was clear of the deaded policeman since it was an NoV band and=A0not a > band hijacked by the RSGB.
