Typically I found (averaging) HGA22 5-10dB stronger than DCF39 in North and= Central China and still the same variation in Malaysia (E+W)=2C Indonesia = and Singapore. With some of those paths still being affected by the sun=3B = my most Northern sub "Polar" point was typically Perm/Kiev. For Eu to Japan= your just about hitting the Arctic circle on the Gt Circle so more affecte= d by these pesky Protons. Over here in Okie I dont see much difference and = think DCF39 is a little stronger but not dont any quantative measurement ov= er ds/dt. =20 The overnight screen in Alaska looked a lot more "active" than the bland fl= at screen days with high Proton count.
