Based on the frequency in the successful decodes, there were two possible lo=
ck-ons around 0230Z. That's it for the whole period starting at 2300Z.=20

Agreed on the conditions. It's interesting that during recoveries, you somet=
imes get sort periods of excellent signals. Might be a multi-path thing wher=
e the phasing works to your advantage?
