He reported=20 there was rather worse propagation but my signal came out of the QSB=20 with 15 to 20 dB S/N again. He also watches the TA window (137.777 +-)=20 and saw some traces to that time, close to 137.780 kHz. So he asked if a US station or someone near Russia was on air (???). I was not on the PC to that time and coudn't confirm that. He will ask=20 later about that happening and did record to that time.
