having just blown up the 4th set of 4x IRFP150N during my lf-career I`m thinking about 4 or 6x PL519 too ;-)
Any special ideas? Class B, transfomer coupling, 600 V DC from the mains, Frequency range perhaps including dreamers band?
Do you already have a circuit diagram?
