I have an extra computer in the basement that I think I will bring upstairs and press into service as a "radio computer". I'll keep the clock on that one set to UTC, so all loggings will bear the UTC time stamp. I'll just need to buy a cheap sound card for it, as, if I remember correctly, it has no onboard sound. Thanks for the welcome and the informatio= n. I took a quick look at ARGO and it seems to get it's time stamp from= whatever the computer clock is set to, which happens to be EST for me (UTC= -5). I did not see a way to change it in ARGO without changing the main co= mputer clock to UTC, so I'll just do the conversion myself and report i= t in the text portion of any future receptions. :-)
