As a comparison = between your ERP at dot 60 and HGA22 and DCF39 - they were (just) audible b= ut not much above noise=2C and of course during the period of your peaks HG= A22 was below audible levels. There was a CW qso going more HF on 137 but I= closed the filters before getting the callsigns in fear of bleeding noise = into the buckets.. =20 Seeing as DCF39 and 22 get to S5 or more at times on rarer times we had a = long way before I would call these "very good" conditions and far from exce= ptional. So=2C bearing in mind Eu isnt easy from OK given my past rx and tx= experiences it bodes well for the future... there were hints of other sta= tions too but even glaring at the screen didnt make out any characters :-) The rain luckily gave very little precip static - qrn peaked S5 and it was = "real" quiet but good enough. I still got some far away squiggles from a SM= PSU.
