I suspect Spectrum lab can doi.

You could also run one of the SDR radio packages, receiving in the range 0 -
20kHz ish and generating SSB
Use VAC, or better, an additional soundcard with the audio wrapped-round

Or an external LF mixer (see the latest  RadCom :-)
