I have noticed that the beacon countdown does not work on v6.5.6, v6.5.5 & v6.5.3 (it just repeats the first 2 numbers continuously) but is OK on v6.4.7. So had to send manually with latest version. Thanks for report, was running 1 watt ERP with Raca= l amp.

I am using the latest ROS v6.5.6, it looks = OK this end, no char skip at beginning.
