There is a signal! :-) Not bad.
Getting my signal to you might be a bit more complicated. My TX QTH will be http://no.nonsense.ee/qthmap/?qth=JN29OD96TL and the distance to FF40XA is just 12359km (http://no.nonsense.ee/qthmap/?qth=JN29OD96TL&from=FF40XA) ;-)

Hi LF ers:

We put on air LF beacon H24

QTH: Piedra del Aguila, Neuquen Province, Argentina.

Locator: FF40XA

TX PWR: 200W

estimated ERP: 570 mW

Very nice! Are there any 24/7 LF grabbers in SA? What about the local QRN situation?

A DCF39-plot like YO/4X1RF or VE7TIL presents would be VERY helpful to avaluate if it makes sense to try to receive you!

I would like to try again to appear in FF40 again when i am in France, JN29PD, like last year in September. We will definitely be there on 2nd...4th September! If the wind permits, i will be active with a stronger signal, up to 10 dB. So if there are e.g. just 2 hours of reasonable propagation, i would try in this time but i cannot be awake the whole night and i have to watch the kite all the time since many kV are applied ;-)
