It is one of those problems that happens now and then and you can't even present a case for what caused it. As Roger and myself were both skilled at getting SpectrumLab to 'fire blanks' somehow, I asked Stefan in passing thinking that everyone was as clever as Roger and me and he would say, you are not doing X,Y,Z are you.
