They (HAARP) have created 'induced' elf emissions (in the low Hz range) by modulating the auroral electrojet, but these are very week, in the microwatts erp range. This is according to a physicist at HAARP who briefed me when I toured the facility several years ago. --=20 73 Warren K2ORS =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 WD2XGJ =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 WD2XSH/23 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 WE2XEB/2 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 =A0 WE2XGR/1 On Thu, Mar 31, 2011 at 9:45 AM, Laurence KL7UK wrote: > > Have been monitoring the 136/137 Khz Eu/World windows overnight and > interesting stable Stepped "blips" appeared.
