You can see the difference in the 60000 window. There is a stronger trace before and then the recent transmission in wet conds. So: There must be some lossy parts near your antenna since a wet ground is rather an advantage... Eddie/G3ZJO, congrats to your good antenna! You can receive Uwe stronger than i although the distance is higher. Maybe an additional propagation effect? OE3GHB seems to have transmitted as well in the morning on his frequency (8969.98). Unfortunately i cannot see a trace of OK2BVG who sent 2x a K in DFCW-3000 in the morning, very well visible at OE3GHB! Maybe this is due to propagation. Lubos, could you go on with transmitting? Would be interesting if you can appear here in the afternoon. 73, Stefan/DK7FC Am 15.03.2011 11:06, schrieb uwe-jannsen@kabelmail.de: > Hi Roger, hi Eddie > > all that should have gone up the sky went down the wet trees and poles. > > yes, the switch off time was 0701UTC. > > it will switch on agn at 2301UTC. > > thanks and GL > > Uwe/dj8wx > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Von: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org > Gesendet: 15.03.2011 08:43 > An: rsgb_lf_group@blacksheep.org > Kopie: qrss@talktalk.net > Betreff: Re: LF: dj8wx on 8970,017xHz > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > Hi Uwe > > Your signal was about 4-6dB over noise here overnight in JO02dg > (642km). Hi Uwe

Your signal was about 4-6dB over noise here overnight in JO02dg (642km). Transmission seems to have stopped at about 0700 according to my grabber.

No sign of OK2BVG so far.
