Its unfortunate u are rock bound. right on= the QSO freq.=20 The trouble is you are not visible in EU therefore others in QSO mod= e are=20 calling CQ on 137.7 unaware that u are there.
The Beacon area seems to be around 136.177= plus/minus=20
Your signal is solid with me at this=20 distance.
