In the end I managed to sort out my problems here (rebuilt the preamp= lunchtime and fixed the intermittent loop connection) and got copy from= Stephan on 8.970kHz for his last 30 mins before he dropped his carrier.= Signals were a little stronger than in December, but nothing like= as good as I was hoping. SpecLab was set to 4.52mHz bandwidth and S/N was= around 5dB.
