Really? A quick survey of all the grabbers I know shows only DF6NM has the now 'legacy' 136318 still included. At the time the change was made it was 'sold' as a change of the T/A window ... not a one path / special purpose 'alternative' IIRC. In addition, some far eastern EU DX stations continue transmitting in the US > EU 137778 T/A window precluding reception in the northeast US most evenings.
