My very simple 137kHz transverter is now working reliably in one unit, although I am losing about 3dB in sensitivity at the moment on RX because of the simple QRP switching arrangement. Despite this, it is copying all the active WSPR stations this evening including the PAs and the SM station. I'll attend to this tomorrow. Power from the unit is about 8W and the low ERP is due to the loop inefficiency. Next stage must be to improve the antenna and put the transverter in a box and put the schematic on my website. 73s Roger G3XBM On 29 January 2011 19:00, James Moritz wrote: > Dear Roger, LF Group, > > Well, here is one anyway... > > 2011-01-29 18:22 G3XBM 0.137490 -26 0 JO02dg 0.001 M0BMU > IO91vr 69 210 > > > Cheers, Jim Moritz > 73 de M0BMU > > -- g3xbm-qrp.blogspot.com/ www.g3xbm.co.uk www.youtube.com/user/g3xbm G3XBM GQRP 1678 ISWL G11088 --20cf30549e8f151734049b00ea78 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Thanks Jim (and Chris) for the WSPR reports.
