Is anyone (most likely in Eastern Europe) seeing an MSK or similar= ly modulated signal there? I had thought it is some Luxembourg ICM on= HGA22, but there seems to be no counterpart in the lower sideband. again there's a red noise band= on my grabber=20 http://www.alice-dsl.net/df6nm/grab= ber/Grabber.htm ,=20 centered on 137.07 kHz and about 200 Hz wide. Is anyone (most likely= in Eastern=20 Europe) seeing an MSK or similarly modulated signal there?
