His signal seemed to= =20 be rather low today, compared to monday but you've got an excellent=20 reception in 4.5 mHz. Congrats to you and of course Ossi! The first OE-F= =20 contact on VLF it seems :-) Your loop design becomes more and more interesting for me! Would be=20 interesting to compare it to an active E field antenna at the same locatio= n. What do you estimate is the SNR loss if you would choose the quietest=20 location where the loop can be fixed arranged? This shows that VLF reception in the range above 500 km and even QSOs=20 may be done by fixed antennas! A good VLF day! 73, Stefan/DK7FC Am 19.01.2011 18:25, schrieb f4dtl@aol.com: > Hello Dreamers, Ossi attached my screen capture of your VLF=20 > transmission this afternoon. > In portable for a noise-free environment, locator JN18IP. > Best regards F4DTL/P > > -----E-mail d'origine----- > De : o.ossy > A : f4dtl > Envoy=C3=A9 le : Mercredi, 19 Janvier 2011 15:28 > Sujet : Re: LF: OE5ODL VLF ? > > hallo niclas > tnx fer your report , > so in this time i transmiting only with the marconi > 220 ma smal signal fore testing the conds , > weather here very poor stormy and snowfall , > wet wx conds not good fore high voltage on the anttena, > and no ballon by strong wind , > so by the next activity i gife a info on the reflector, > you can see the smal signal on my grabber here 10 km from my station, pe= aking > only to -80 db , > normaly by ballon 100m high its on -70 db , > http://www.langwelle.at/, > > 73 oe5odl > > > f4dtl@aol.com wrote: > > > > OE5ODL VLF is on air this afternoon ? > > > > F4DTL/P JN18IP > > > > > > > > > > > > > > -----E-mail d'origine----- > > De : F4DTL> > > A : rsgb_lf_group> > > Envoy=C3=83=C2=A9 le : Mardi, 18 Janvier 2011 17:32 > > Sujet : Re: VLF: 8970.02 Hz + 10th > > > > > > Hello Dreamers, maybe the ODL's VLF transmission but I did not have > > enough time because it was during my lunch raises labor. hallo niclas
tnx fer your report ,
so in this time i transmiting only with the marconi
220 ma smal signal fore testing the conds ,
weather here very poor stormy and snowfall ,
wet wx conds not good fore high voltage on the anttena,
and no ballon by strong wind ,
so by the next activity i gife a info on the reflector,
you can see the smal signal on my grabber here 10 km from my station, peak=
ing=20
only to -80 db ,
normaly by ballon 100m high its on -70 db ,
