I am monitoring VLF continuously at=20 http://www.iup.uni-heidelberg.de/schaefer_vlf/DK7FC_VLF_Grabber.html See= =20 the lower capture, there are the 3 traces of the Alphas, currently at=20 about 20 dB S/N in 1.4 Hz. Maybe you need a capture to compare your own=20 results. Unfortunately i have some QRM by a local tram line but it is a=20 narrow band noise source at least... Currently it seems that OE5ODL is transmitting at 8970.02 Hz. He is in=20 JN68 so not to far from you! Maybe you can receive him as well! 73, Stefan/DK7FC Am 17.01.2011 16:32, schrieb Ugo - SWL 1281/VE: > Hello Stefan. > I'm from Italy (JN66) and I received that signal yesterday afternoon wit= h my Perseus and pa0rdt mini whip as aerial. > I was synthonized on VLF looking for Alpha stations but I wasn't sure it= was a real alpha signal. > If you confirm, I'm very happy !!! > Thank you for your reply and info. > 73, Ugo. > > > (sent using iPhone) > > On 17/gen/2011, at 16:09, Stefan Sch=C3=A4fer wrote: > > =20 >> Hi Ugo, >> >> You are from mexico? :-) Just saw it in the mail adress. >> >> Yes, 14.881 kHz is the upper Alpha frequency.
