Presumably the reflector itself > sends the messages in order, but they arrive out of order. please note that by design smtp doesn't give any guarantee of delivering mail in any finite amount of time. your ISP probably uses greylisting to cut back spam. this is perfectly legal smtp server behaviour, but has side effects such as randomly delaying messages. you can try to complain to your mail server administrator, but i doubt this will have any effect.
